Our "Final Touches" Coordination package is for the bride and groom who have done all the planning already, but need someone who will make sure it all goes off without a hitch and our "Little Details" Coordination package helps you get the ball rolling at early planning stages with inspiration boards to choose from as well as being there in the end to bring it all together! Relax... Enjoy! It only comes once!
Our "Final Touches" Day-Of-Coordination Package - Starting at $750
• Free consultation with the bride and groom
• Wedding day itinerary, timeline and checklist.
• Meeting two weeks prior to wedding day to review planning and wedding day details
• Vendor confirmation two weeks prior to wedding day
• Supervision of rehearsal (3 hr. max)
• Supervision of ceremony set-up
• Supervision of reception hall set-up
• Supervision of wedding photo session
• Wedding day coordination (8 hr. max)
• Coordinating with all vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Use of our emergency kit to cover most (if not all) emergencies
• 2 coordinators, one with the bride at all times and one on site to make sure everything is
executed flawlessly!
• Handle remaining vendor payments & gratuities

Our "Little Details" Day-Of-Coordination Package - Starting at $1000
• Includes everything from our 'Final Touches' package as well as:
• Wedding day coordination (10 hr. max)
• 3 Design Inspiration boards to assist in planning the overall theme of your day right at the beginning stages
• A list of our preferred vendors we have worked with that are sure to stand out
Fees
For all weddings with a guest list of 250 or less, we require a fee equal to 3% of your entire budget, or the base cost of the chosen Coordination package, whichever is greater. If your guest count is over 250, additional charges will apply. A 50% deposit will be required upon signing at the first consultation, and the remainder is due when we arrive the day of your wedding.
All fees are subject to all applicable taxes.
