Calculating Cost
Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart. For International orders, you won't be charged shipping upon checkout, but a member of our team will be in touch with you to inform you of your total cost including shipping. Please be advised that Yours Truly cannot be held responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees applied after the item has been shipped. These are solely the responsibility of the customer
Delivery Time
In-stock items will be shipped out within 24-48 business hours, and therefore should arrive within 7-10 business days. Custom orders will be shipped out 2 weeks after design concept has been finalized with you, the client. If you require faster shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, since everything we make is unique and one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer a return policy. We stand behind our products 100%m however, if you receive your item and it has been damaged in transit, please send us an email describing the defect, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
